Welcome to Viking market and Nordic Summer games in Gudvangen 17th-19th. July!...and new Market at Gol Medieval Park - between Gudvangen and Oslo - 24th-26th of July.

14th-16th. July Courses in ceramics by Drakfältet from Sweden / USA - Viking age leather sewing by Nille Glæsel from Lofoten, Wood carving by Kai Johansen from Lofoten, Glima wrestling by Lars Magnar Enoksen, Malmö Sweden, Galdr and runes by Lars Magnar Enoksen and finally embroidery and tablet weaving by Annika Kym & Co Stallarholmen, Sweden.
We need to know when, and how many adults / children coming. How many / sizes of tents / "plastic" tents. Finally we need to know what you're doing and whether you would like to give us a helping hand for an hour or two through the market.
The weekend after the Gudvangen Georg will be running a combined Viking / Medieval Market at Gol midway between Gudvangen and Oslo. You will then be free to stay in Gudvangen through the week after the market or move on to Gol. Enjoy the mountains, fjords, Stave Churches, fishing, Tropicana bath paradise at Gol :-) and more.
Of course you can come straight from Bronseplassen / Egge to us, or earlier if you like. Some people are coming from Belgium and Germany in the beginning of July.
If you'd like to give us a hand - please tell us. We need people as guards, fighters, archery assistants, ticket sales, tidying, rowers, breakfast duty, toilet wash ;-)...
