Our client, Customer Care Contact Center, is launching a brand new european project and will be looking for:


Under the responsability of the team leader, you will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team and will be in charge of :

• Delivering the best client service qualities possible

• Dealing with calls/chat/mails taking into consideration his own objectives

• Dealing with difficult / conflictual situations and using the techniques which she/he has been taught

• Respecting the quality guidelines relating to procedures, tools, scripts defined by the company

• Satisfying and gaining loyalty from clients through good listening and by giving information adapted to their needs and giving personalized information

• Representing the client company and its image (by his/her attitude, behavior, language and clarity of expression)

• Verifying and ensuring the relevance of all information before giving advice to clients

• Actively participating in the development and achievement of objectives by adapting responses/advice according to the client needs and giving personalized information

• Immediately informing his team leader of any issues which could modify or compromise the development of tasks

Native NORWEGIAN / speakers or perfectly bilingual people.

Good communication and relation skills, team spirit, involvement and engagement in all tasks.

Word driven, stress tolerant, good reactivity to needs and excellent resolution skills when dealing with client demands and solving issues

Good understanding of the fundamental IT tools used

CDI with a one month trial period

Compensation: 1 600 – 1 800 € per month
Advantages: 7 RTT per year / Health insurance / compensation for lunch
